Choose the product first
Supply the product name or link with your enquiry. Shape, surface, construction and available print area affect the branding options. A logo that works on one item may need a different size or placement on another.
Use a clear source file
The enquiry form accepts PNG, JPG and PDF files up to 5 MB. Provide the clearest artwork you have and tell us whether the design includes fine text, multiple colours or a background. The team can confirm whether another file format or artwork adjustment is needed before production.
Confirm the printing options
The current supplier descriptions specify black printing on the cup range. Do not plan a full-colour design without first confirming a suitable product and process. Ask for the order quantity and print setup to be set out in the quotation.
Approve a clear proof
Check spelling, contact details, logo proportions and placement before approving an artwork proof. Make sure the approval refers to the same product and quantity as the quotation. Keep a copy of the final artwork and order reference so a later repeat order can be checked against the original.
